All our customers are provided with contact numbers to ensure 24 hour support.
Liaison books are kept on all sites so the customer can leave comments and maintain a direct link with the cleaners at their site.
A customer telephone log is kept at head office and inspected daily by the management team to ensure any issues are acted on as soon as possible.
Regular meetings are arranged between customer and Meridian management to maintain customer relationships and trust.
